Seating arrangements are very important for a wedding!

Many weddings in have a poor wedding arrangement.When i attended my friends marriage i was shocked to see that most of the people where standing instead of taking a seat. The problem was that the arrangement was not proper and they didn’t get a seat or they were positioned away from the visibility of the couple.After seeing such a problem I thought to write this post to share my views  on how a wedding seating arrangement should be!

Your wedding reception is the ultimate party. It’s a celebration of love and commitment, shared with those who love you most.No one wants to end up sitting alone, shut out of the conversations around them. If your guests are at ease, the party will thrive. So you want make your guest happy and have a great time.

First and foremost thing you should draw a chart for your marriage hall, your guest list, the type of chair and table that you will be using and then plan
your seating arrangement. Here is the list of points that  you should concentrate

1. Put the chair all around the stage expect the 4th side (i,e behind the couple ). Make sure the couple are visible to all the people.
2. Leave considerable amount of space while partitioning the sides.
3. Stage should be 4x higher than the floor.
4. Decoration elements should not hide the couple.
5. Leave a space for the photographers, as they play the major role in hiding the couple
6. If hall have pillars avoid putting chairs behind them.

These are 6 major issues you should keep in mind while doing seating arrangement!

The most important thing is that  be prepared for changes to your plan until two weeks before the wedding, as your guest list will most certainly change.

A good atmosphere round the wedding hall makes for a successful wedding… so try your best seating order to make everyone happy and avoid fireworks on your big day.
