2. Why a wedding website (Wedsite)?
Communication between you and your wedding guests is essential during the days leading to your wedding. This is one of the reasons why you would need a personal wedsite.

3. Who creates my wedsite? Is this a do-it-yourself site?
This is a Theme driven portal. You select the theme of your choice and the system is designed to present your content using the theme of your choice. Textual content within the theme can be added and changed anytime using the tools available.
4. How to create a wedding website (Wedsite)?
You have to be a registered member of invity.com by registering which is free of cost.
Once the registration is done, you can create your own wedsite by adding all the details that you wish to add into it via simple forms. Then select a theme of your choice from our extensive range of professional designs. Announce your wedsite in style to all your friends and family.
5. What if I forget my username and/or password? If you forgot your password, click the forgot password button present in the login page and you will be asked for your primary email-id. The password will be sent to the particular email-id.
10. Can I de-activate my wedsite temporarily and enable it later?
Yes, you can do it by using the path My Account -> General Settings -> Wedsite Status. On this page you can de activate the entire wedsite or just certain pages or applications of the wedsite. Once the wedsite or any of its features has been deactivated, go into your wedsite link to check if the changes are reflected in it.
11. I'm worried about security - I don't want just anyone to access my site?
Invity deploys and maintains the very latest online security systems. Your site can only be edited by you and viewed by your invited guests who know your wedsite URL. We have already sent out more than a million invites!! So trust us, there is nothing to be worried about.
12. Do I need a domain name? No, need not have your own domain name. When you register with us, you will enter your own personalized web address. The web address will be combined with www.invity.com and act the domain for your wedsite. For eg: www.Invity.com/RaniWedsRaja
13. Can I use my own domain name (e.g www.raniwedsraja.com) ?
Yeah we can assist you in getting youy own domain name if you are a premium member of invity.com. The validity of domain name depends on how many years you want us to purchase the domain name for.
14. Do you have premium membership?
Yes, we do have Premium memberships. The premium memberships have more features and longer validity. Check the comparison between Premium and free membership by Clicking here.
15. After payment, how long will it take for my wedsite to go live?
Invity online ordering system activates sites immediately once payment is verified. After logging in, you will notice that some very exciting features have been added to your account. Note: Some credit card providers may take upto one business day for payment verification.
18. Do you have any promotional offers?
Yes in the membership page you can enter the promo code received through the E-mail. Once the promo code is activated, you will be having the respective discount.
19. Can I change my theme (design) and make content changes to my wedsite?
Yes. You can change the theme whenever you want. You can add, edit and delete information and photos from your site anytime. All changes to invity wedsites are made using your password-protected online design studio.
20. I would like to post my wedding pictures - how do I do this?
By logging into invity.com, you will get access to the Photogallery Page of your site from My Account, where you can create new Album and upload your pictures for viewing by your invited guests.
21. I need clarification about creating wedsite in invity.com - what can I do?
All aspects of our wedsites are explained using tool tips and help icons. If you are still unable to find the solution, you can fill out our help form and we'll do our best to assist you.
22. Does invity have a support team?
Yes. Our support team works in indian business hours from monday to friday. You can send email to support@invity.com or fill our help form. You can also use the Live chat service by clicking the "Live chat now" icon present on top of every page to interact with our support team instantly.
23. What picture formats is suitable for my wedsite?
jpg and gif are the two formats which we support. For good quality upload the images in 500h x 500w dimension.
24. Can I have background music to an Invity wedsite? Yes, you can select background music from our library and have the background music to your invity wedsite. This feature is avaliable only for premium members.
25. What is RSVP?
RSVP is a concept used to find the status of the invitees. The invitees can confirm or decline the RSVPs sent out in the wedsite and thereby confirm their presence in the wedding. The invitees can also decline the RSVPs with a valid reason. Through RSVPs, we can know which guest will be making it to the wedding and which ones will now. It also helps you to calculate the head count at the wedding to plan better.
27. Can I see how many people visit my wedsite?
Yes, you can find this information at the bottom of your Wedsite. Currently this feature is available only for Premium Members.
28. How do I tell people about my wedsite?
Login to your site and go to My Account -> Announce your wedsite. You can announce your wedsite by email and premium members can announce by SMS also.
29. Can I get a copy of my website when my validity is completed?
Yes. You can order your wedsite in digital format and download it. This “wedsite download” feature is only for premium members.
30. Who creates my web site? Is this a do-it-yourself site?
Ya it is a do-it-yourself site. You select the theme of your choice and the website is designed to present your content using the selected theme.
32. Do you show advertisement in my wedsite?
No. We completely avoid advertisements in your wedsite to give a hassle free feel to your Guests.
